We currently run teams in 5 age groups U12, U14,U16, U18 and Seniors.We are looking for a few more players enabling us to enter an U-10s team in to the league this year

We are always keen to recruit new players, especially in the younger age groups, in order to strengthen our existing teams.

All new players welcome

Training times are as follows:

Llanishen Leisure Centre Saturday Mornings 8am to 9am - 10/12s 9am to 10am - 14/16 B's 10am to 11am - 16 A's and older	Caerphilly Leisure Centre Monday Evenings 9pm to 10pm - 16's and older
